According to the Daily Telegraph, the downloads are set to appear on iTunes after the band settled earlier disputes with their label EMI over royalties and with iTunes owners Apple over the use of the name.

This is very exciting news as it means – finally – the Beatles back catalogue will be available in a newly digitally remastered form. Currently, only the Yellow Submarine Songtrack CD album from 1999 is fully remixed from the original multitrack tapes. The iTunes deal means that the every last song lot will sound sparkly and new… and I can’t wait to revisit them!
